SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING:
- All U.S. orders over $100.00 will receive FREE shipping.
- For orders under $100.00, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $10.00.
- Please allow about 3 business days to be processed and shipped.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact customer service immediately with the corrrect shipping address and we will do our best to have it updated prior to shipment.
- We are not responsible for for packages shipped with the incorrect shipping address or returned as undelivered packages due to the incorrect address. Please contact us immediately to correct the address, BEFORE the item ships.
- Tracking information will be provided, via email as soon as the order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carriers website to update with tracking information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
- We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.
- Any packages returned to us, as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense only. If the customer doesn't contact us within 14 days of the initial request, the items value will be converted to a gift card.
- We will work with customers to replace packages shown as "delivered" after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
- Please contact Frankie Mae's Boutique customer service at support@frankiemaesboutique.com if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Frankie Mae's Boutique is happy to offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Australia
- Belgium
- Canada
- Denmark
- Ireland
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
Taxes, Duties, Fees: Additional import taxes may be imposed by the destination country. The recipient will be responsible for paying any import taxes, duties or fees levied. Please contact your customs department for charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. Free shipping is not available on any international orders. Once shipped, we aren't responsible for lost or damaged packages.
